New Years Eve
Into work early today, but for good reason. I worked an extra hour yesterday and looking to get out of here around 2:00 PM. This gives time to get to Chicago, settle in, maybe get a few cocktails down and head to the bar. So, I’m looking forward to the evening and the following few days. The Red Wings got a 4-0 victory against the Hawks last night so I’m looking for a repeat tomorrow...

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!
Aside from working a tedious and boring 8 hour day; Christmas eve has returned to normal. Honey baked ham, midnight mass, late night present wrapping, and of course 24 hours of A Christmas Story (Scut Farkus, he had yellow eyes, YELLOW EYES!). Can’t wait for a nice nights sleep and a day of presents, eating and family/friends. Hope everyone enjoys the holiday as much as I do.

I just downloaded it as a web browser and from the few minutes I’ve used it, seems pretty cool. Will have to see if it continues to be. Pandora is still awesome.

Pretty nice little Wednesday
1. One year working, went by relatively quickly. I feel like I am slowly making the transition from college to life. Not drastically but I find myself not partying, occisionally, 6 days of the week but rather 2 or 1. I did go out monday for a little bit and will tomorrow in celebration of Meredith’s 3/4 completion of grad school, but this week is certainly an outlier. 2. Anthem holiday...

Anheuser-Busch InBev to Slash 1,400 U.S. jobs →
Looks like Budweiser, FORMERLY known as a great American beer, is cutting U.S. jobs. It’s going to be hard for them to sale it as a great American commodity when it’s not longer American based and firing U.S. workers.

Amendment XXI
On December 5, 1933 was the ratification of the twenty-first amendment which repealed the eighteenth, prohibition. The twenty-first amendment is the only one that was created for the purpose of repealing an earlier amendment. Indiana ratified on June 26, 1933. So not only did this day in history provide us with John Michael Sauter but also his right to black out on Jim Beam without...

is like the NHL version of Pacman Jones. He’s an idiot. Though not nearly at the same level as that of Pacman (but who is), an idiot none the less.
